Mill Creek Elementary sent out a letter to all the kindergarden parents saying that each parent is to build a car with their child. So Dale took time off work just to help Jarrid with his. Jarrid and his dad took a week to build this truck.
I was excited that Dale took off a week to help Jarrid build this truck, because I do not think I could have done this good of a job. In the end I thought that the school had a very creative way of teaching the kids road safety and what each sign on the road means.

Jarrid at the schools Road Rally. He had so much fun rev' en up his truck and driven it thought the school, learning about road safety.

The Family

Jarrid stared kindergarden and is loving school. He gets realy excited every time he brings home homework, wird kid, we know. I am haveing lots of problems with school but we are working out the kinks and they so far have not affectd him. ie.... the schoo lost him on the firs day if school, the teacher argued with him about what bus he was suppose to ride (Jarrid was right) and last he keeps on complaining that hey do not give him enough time to eat lunch (they do all day kindergarden). Most important, Jarrid still loves to lean.

Ahsten has started pre-school and is loving it. Every time I go to pick him up I ask him what did he do and his response is, "Play", and then I ask what was the most fun thing you did today and he has been saying, "Going out side". Both things we do at home but he loves the outdoors. He has never been one to talk much. Because of the fact that he wakes up everyday asking is it time tpo go to school I think it is safe to say he loves going.

Syeirah is home with just ruby and I for one day of the week and she like it but doesen't like it too. she wants to go to school but she also like haveing mom all to herself for those few hours to (Ruby is usually taking a nap). We spend most of our time doing girl things like fixing hair and nails. It use to be that I would just do her hair but now she wants me to do hers then she is to do mine. It is lots of fun.

Ruby well, I realy can not believe it but is turning one in a few days. She did have a hard start in life coming early, however you would never tell besides the fact of her size. Thankfully after we were able to get her off the oxygen, there has not been any other major problem. Ruby has hit all milestone one time if not a little early. She has just started walking, not well but still walking all the same.

Dale has been sent out of town for work again. He thinks it well be like this for just about 3mos. Not all that fun but you learn to deal with it. The kids do not do well but like I said you learn and cope. They get to talk to daddy on the phone. Jarrid is at the age were he would rather have dad home so he refuses to talk to him on the phone. Ahsten just loves getting to use the phone and tell his dad what he did that day. Syeirah just talks your ear off, typical girl all the way though. Ruby, out of all the kids is not doing good with dad gone at all. There has been a couple of days were she would just cry just because she wants her dad. This girl is a true daddys girl down to the bones. when this happens I prey Dale is in a place that he can answer the phone because his voice is the only thing that gets her to stop.

Me, I just can not believ that Jarrid my oldest is starting actual school, it is no longer a per school. He is 5 yrs old and I just do not know were the time has gone. It fills just like yesterday I was bringing him home from the hospital and I was a new mom. Now I am a mother of 6 kids 4 are mine biologicaly and 2 steps. whitch both are doing good as well.

Cassidy who just turn 11 is a strong headed girl and full of tall tells and imagination. Every story or event is bigger and better. School has its good days and bad, and believe you and me you definatly know whitch day was what because she does not hold back what she fills. At least when she is with me.

Christopher who turn 18, yes I wrote 18 and no it is not a miss print. Is graduating this yr and plans to move in with Dale and I. He hate livine wtih his mom but all in the same loves her too. i am excited and disapointed at the same time. like I told Dale I think we are getting the crappy end of the deal, we stop paying child support and he moves i n with us so we still have to support him. Crappy don't you think. But it is worht it , he is a good kid and we get along great.

All the family is doing good nothing to exciting has happend, YET. Those who have kids know that with kids there is never a dull moment, but some days are full of more excitment, more then others. And lately we have stayed in the some what normal range.

Until next time. Love you all.
